At the same time, we adapt and configure our system in accordance with technical requirements, so that each stage runs smoothly and in compliance with the required quality standards.

Test inventory

We offer the possibility of conducting a test inventory in order to adjust and finalize actions that fully meet your expectations for the later full-scale implementation. The pilot allows for a short trial of the process to verify the accuracy of the solutions used and confirm their compliance with the assumptions before the project starts.

DetailedMap – detailed map

Visualization of the inventory process progress in real time using an electronic detailed plan of the facility with a visible zone layout. Thanks to DetailedMap, you can see the exact plan of the facility, where each zone has a clear, color-coded status: not started, started, completed, under inspection, inspected. The zone map is updated on an ongoing basis, which facilitates work coordination and quick decision-making. You can access the preview from any device with internet access.

UniMap – universal map

Unlike DetailedMap, the UniMap inventory process progress visualization shows a set of inventoried zones, without a realistic representation of the facility.

Each zone has a clear, color-coded status: not started, started, completed, under inspection, inspected. This is a view that allows you to track the current picture of inventory progress in the basic scope. You can access the preview from any device with internet access.

Process foundation

Control station

Creation of a mobile operational station at each of the inventoried facilities, adapted to logistical and spatial possibilities. Preparation and operation of inventory equipment - full IT infrastructure: software, mobile data collectors, control and ongoing insight into the process progress.

Security

During every process, we create automatic backups of the collected data to secure the results at every stage of implementation. The collected information is archived on an ongoing basis, eliminating the risk of data loss. To ensure safety and operational continuity, we have backup equipment, and everything is remotely supervised by an IT specialist.

Organization

We provide complete hardware facilities and organize the materials necessary for the inventory, ensuring the smooth and timely progress of the work. We prepare zone tickets, mark the zones of the areas to be counted. The process is supervised by an experienced manager who, together with the coordinators, supervises the work of the teams.

Personalized control

We adjust the method of verifying the correctness of data and results to your needs: traditional paper control for each zone, double scanning with a mobile data collector in control mode, and confirming the quantity of products in selected or all zones. Thanks to this, you choose the level of detail and the scope of control appropriate to the project's goal.

Dedicated project manager

We appoint one, permanent project manager responsible for the course of cooperation, coordination of activities, clear communication and timeliness of work. They ensure the proper flow of information and the consistency of our teams' activities. They combine the operational side with technology, supervising tasks and flexibly adjusting project parameters to current changes, which enables the efficient progress of work and making decisions adapted to the requirements of a given process.

Specialized staff

Our team consists of appropriately qualified personnel, carefully trained in counting procedures, equipment operation and process quality control. The course of work is coordinated by an inventory manager supported by a team of experienced coordinators, ensuring the consistency of activities and the accuracy of the results. This model ensures full responsibility for the result and transparency at every stage.

Personalized technical parameters

The inventory is based on our proprietary, constantly developed InventPack® software, wirelessly connected to a network of mobile data collectors and offering extensive options for personalizing parameters, which we adapt to generate data, documents, and reports, in accordance with the individual requirements and expectations of a given client. We also offer the possibility of data integration in the client's system.

Modern documentation

We provide one-year access to the digital project documentation in our online panel: reports, statements and output files. Everything is in one place, with a clear division of files. You can view, download and use the documents directly in your system. In the panel, you get the opportunity to view data from the inventories carried out with a complete set of documents in electronic form, you can get access from any device with internet access.
