  • until the expiry of potential claims – where processing is carried out for the purpose of pursuing or defending against them.

After the expiry of the above periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.

Personal data may be shared with entities processing them on behalf of the Controller, including IT service providers, hosting companies, providers of analytical tools, and entities providing administrative support – on the basis of data processing agreements.
